Where is Aldar Greenwoods proposed?
The pre-launch brief places Aldar Greenwoods in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO). An official project boundary and entrance location have not been verified. District-level information can help you assess the area, but cannot establish the commute from a particular home.
What has RTA confirmed about the Blue Line?
RTA’s published route includes Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai Academic City. The Blue Line connects with the existing Green Line at Creek and Red Line at Centrepoint, with opening targeted for 9 September 2029.
The Blue Line is a planned service, not an operating connection. Its inclusion of DSO does not establish a station within Greenwoods or walking-distance access from the community.
What should you check on the location map?
- The project boundary and the entrance serving your phase.
- The actual route from your chosen home to the planned station.
- Road crossings, walking conditions and any feeder connection.
- Peak-hour travel to your workplace using the confirmed entrance.
- The distance to the school, clinic or supermarket you would actually use.
Area amenities and community amenities are different
Facilities already operating in the wider district should not be presented as facilities promised inside Greenwoods. Confirm the project’s own schools, retail, parks and leisure provision in the final masterplan and sales documents.
